  • 2015 McDonald County Spelling Bee
The annual McDonald County Elementary Schools Spelling Bee was held today at Rocky Comfort Elementary School. Each school sent their top speller at each level from first to eighth grade, and these building champions competed with the contestants in their grade from all other district schools vying for the coveted Top Speller award district wide.   Spelling Bee contestants not only learn how to spell, but also develop self confidence, public speaking skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
